What if my items show up damaged?
  • Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: You must submit any claims within 30 days after receiving the product. If the error is on our part, we will cover the costs.
What if my item never shows up?

Let's check to see if the address was put in correctly.

For lost packages, claims must be made no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date

How long do I have to report any problem?

30 days from the delivery date, or the estimated delivery date.

If you notice any issues with the products or the order, please submit a problem report

If it's a package lost, we will need your exact address.

If the product was damaged, please insert a photo.

return shipping fees MAY be reimbursed.

What if I got the address wrong when I ordered?

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to us. Once you confirm the correct address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs (if applicable).
